Dear Sir,
Mr. Gordandas B Dandwani(owner of Today’s Photo) withdrawn cash of Rs.75,000/- from his saving account from Shyamrao Vithal Bank,Kalyan Branch in name of me i-e Kanaya Dayaldas Jhamtani on bearer cheque bearing No.93075 . Bank staff(s) with out verification ID, Pan Card, Address, Phone Number , Income Tax Rules etc. issued such large amount cash on bearer cheque ..
By this way Mr.Gordandas B Dandwani created liability against me and sued me.
In spite of my number of written/Telephonic requests & reminders for from Kalyan Branch Bank & also under RTI act 2005 bank avoided / neglected giving any information in the matter.
I request you to look in to this serious matter and do the needful in the matter.
