Bought a combo offer worth 14000 online from Mr. Jai Dixit for Bagittoday holidays. When voucher was filled and sent later, no response from him all the call centre. After numerous calls, one call got thru to the call centre, which managed to confirm the receipt of voucher on time, but no reason given to why response supposed to be sent in 3 wkg days was not sent. Call was cut off and the same vicous cycle of not attending began.Jai refused to take calls therafter, and one call that got throug, washed off resposibility by saying he is sales, call the call centre. Dates of vacation filled in voucher well passed, still no help from them. I realise the scam and checked online and found similar complaints against the holiday offer and Jai Dixit.
