I have made a request to customer care of idea cellular to cancel their services (Mobile no. 9165013101)as I have been transferred to Jamshedpur by my company.And I have paid all the due amount.But customer care people says that I need to visit korba idea cellular office in order to close the connection which is not feasible to me. I made earnest request to customer care but till now there is no response from them. Kindly look in to this matter.
