Complaint Details
I have ordered a sony mobile (order ID: 3001493993) on 24th sep’12 via indiatimes shopping. As per booking status (which is still the same) is to be delivered on 4th oct’12.

I have tried contacting customer support 09024666666. They accept our complaint (case ID: 429199) and reply stating that “we will get back to you”.

I am not getting any reply on my order’s shipment at all.

I have tried other way of contacting supports (online chat, email etc.), But no luck.
