Complaint Details
I contacted this person via eBay.in to purchase a mobile phone. He provided me with his bank details and the proposal was to deposit a sum of Rs. 2000 by me and he was supposed to send me the product . Upon receivable of the phone by me and checking the product I was supposed to send the balance amt. to him. He promised to courier the phone to me which was supposed to be delivered by Saturday morning. As promised I deposited the money in his SBi account but he did not send me the phone. Today is Monday and he is not taking calls or responding at all. His name is Prashant babu Gandhi
