My online complaint Tick.no-eeee3e0f2b89 on dated 13/10/2012 AND Tick.no-3229c3d0e0b6 on dated 15/10/2012, uptill nobody attend my complaint, neither company is seem to be active. If this is your service then the service i am experiencing should must be exposed, so that public should know your ability.
My R.O. system is not working since 12/10/2012, On 13/10/2012 since morning 8 AM I was trying to complaint on local service centre telephone no which is available with me- 0551-3298092/2332880/2204253, 1st no was continuasly switch-off, rest two Ring was going but nobody was picking up phone at last aprox. At 12 PM I was able log complaint no-251 on dated 13/10/2012, ask for urjent service since RO-system was totally not working, but nobody attend complaint, neither I got any communication from service centre. I am getting much problem since I have to arrange drinking water from other sources. I don’t know why your service in Gorakhpur is so poor as EUREKA FORBES is known to be best service provider.
My RO-SYSTEM is on LIFETIME WARRANTY schemes, certificate given to me. Please do immediate action to solve my problem.
