I have a service contract with Aqua guard for yearly maintenance and service of my RO water purifier. We had a problem of the machine not getting switched on whenever power goes off and then resume. After raising the call, the service person came on Saturday (13th Oct) and repaired it by replacing the coil. After he wetn we noticed that he has not connected properly and water is spilling from down and we are not able to use the machine at all. Also not sure if the filtration is happening properly. We tried to call him multiple times during last 2 days but no chance of him coming and fixing the issue. We raised a seperate complaint to the service call centre on this problem again on Saturday and till now (16th Oct) noone has come and attended the problem. Every time we call the service centre they mention that someone will come soon. This is UTTER CHEATING AFTER PAYING 3000+ for yearly maintenance and service. Please take action against the concerned, I can give all detailes after this complaint is acknowledged and started to be acted upon.
