This happens to be my second complaint against the same builder on this forum, the earlier one was logged under 0002341/2012. Recently the builder has sent me a demand letter asking for final payment post which the flat will be given for fit-outs. When I booked this flat on may 30, 2009 and subsequently registered this property in the same year the maintenance rate was quoted at Rs 0.50 per sq.ft of saleable area. The revised letter I received states the neew rate at Rs. 6.25 per sq.ft of carpet area. This is atrocious, how can they change the maintenance charges 12 times without any intimation. This creates extra burden for me to pay. I need a workaround.
