Complaint Details
My complaint was made on 26/9/12. The spare replacment required was sent on 13/10 after pursuing with service manager to head operations. Even that part became faulty within 2 hours. There is nobody to take care of the escalation option given on their website. My service request no was 46d3b8ab2d30. Hope to hear some positive news from you.
