Complaint Details
I was to receive a parcel from UK, sent on 08.08.2012. The parcel has not been delivered by India post and am also unable to track it. Both Post Office UK as well as India Post say they cannot track it. I have tried time and again to retrieve it, but in vain. So far, I have been to Wadala Post office, Antop Hill post office, Santacruz post office and CST GPO but its not to be found.
