SUBJECT : SERIOUS COMPLIANT AGAINST THE MADANLAL GUPTA (BASANT VIKAS DEVELOPERS) FOR MISUSING THE RIGHT OF WAY ON SURVEY NO-24, CTS NO 971/1 TO 1 TO 9, VIKAS CORPORATION COMPOUND, WADHAVLI, DR C.G ROAD,CHEMBUR,MUMBAI-400074.
Respected Sir,
We would like to inform to your good office that I am a senior Citizen and because of my old age I cannot run pillar to post.
I having a Shed in P-21, Vikas Corporation Compound, Dr .C .G Road,Wadhavil,Chembur,Mumbai-400074.
I was Tenant Pagadi system of Parkeh Family Trust .Mr.Kanu Bhai Parkeh Trust ,Mr. Manohar G.Acharya & Mr.Vidhyadhar G.Acharya were the Original Land Lord has started harassing me.
He started taking Rent on the new name Basant Vikas Developers and then arm twisting me to agree to Sell my Right or Accept my proposal for making Constructed area. Mr.Madan lal Gupta send me the Copy of Agreement through his Lawyer to my Lawyer for Compromise Settlement.
The area which was finalished by him was not mentioned in the agreement and the agreed terms were not mention in the agreement.
He started arm twisting and harassing by cutting Water Connection ,Electricity, The Right of way agreed him was also deprived.
In my Last Letter send your department Dt :12th November 2009 , I had mentioned the DC Rule no 54C was Violated . How can BMC give such Permission?

The plan Sanction and IOD was obtained by Managing or Showing Wrong Document to you good offices. & Approved (Entire File ) bearing File Number : CE/5928/BPES/AM Relating to Basant Vikas Developers.
I have written several letter to your good offices but never got any reply, reasons best known to your good offices.

I herby request you as a Senior Citizen of the Country to ask for my Right of Way.
Kindly take necessary action against the builder Basant Vikas Developers Mr.Madan Lal Gupta.
