Dear Sir
Subject: M VAT charges imposed on flat owner (Flat A3/203,Runwal Seagull, Near Ganga Village)
My agreement for sale was executed and registered for the flat A3/203 .Near Ganga Village, Handewadi Road, Hadapsar, Pune 411028.with builder Runwal housing for the above project on 04/03/2011, and possession was given to me on 05/03/2011,when the flat was declared /certified ready for use by site office.Since we are the native of Mumbai,due to my old age (Sr Citizen),health problems i was unable to shift to Pune and thus, sold my flat for the same amount to Mr Rangarao Ramchandra Pawar.The Deed of sale between us was executed /register on 26/04/2011,after acquiring the NOC from Builder.The ownership and all the rights of the said flat are given to Mr Pawar after Registration.
The M VAT which is the liability on the builder by Mahatrashtra Govt, The builder is imposing the same on me ,please find the attached letter send to me by builder for the recovery of M VAT.In this critical age of mine without any earning I find it difficult to pay the amount.
