My self Nitin Jain has booked two seats in Hans travels thru online on the date of 09-Oct-2012, my ticket is booked in Hans travels from Pune to Indore. i travelled on 20-Oct-2012 and board the bus from Chincwad pune at around 4:30 PM along with my wife and 1.5 year daughter.As my daughter is a small kid, I need to prepare food for her in the night for which bus staff has said that the lights provided in the bus are not working.It was really a shock to me as Hans Travel is a big name in the Bus Travel area.I need to manage myself eventhough paying high for the ticket - 850 INR. Another shock was the delay in arrival destination, it took 18 hrs to reach Indore but website clearly saying it took around 13 hrs . This caused me to loose one of the job oppurtunity in Indore for which I was travelling.Another point to mention here is they charged higher amount of ticket saying that they are providing high class service with Individual LCD monitor but this is not the case. I don't understand if this is the situation of the bus then why they are charging so higher for the ticket.

Even,my bad experience didn't end here. When I reported the same to Manager Mr. Sanjay Jain ,of Hans Office in Indore on this number 0731-2510007 , his answer showed that they are not worried about customer concerns and on informing that bus was late as mentioned on the website and because of that I lost one of the job oppurtunity and my whole family has to suffer because of this long travel , he said bus left for Mumbai and he will update me on next day when bus will come back to Indore. This answer seems very unprofessional on his part and even on next day I didn't recieve any call from him so I called him again for which what answer I recieved certainly raised eyebrows how these bus operators are working. He told me he cannot do anything for bus to arrive late and told me do whatever you can do.He is in this profession for more than 5 years and Customer like me cannot blame him for anything. This is really shocking to hear and that's the reason I am making a complaint of this bus service so action can be taken against Hans travel and no customer like me has to go thru same experience again.

Dear team please take a serious note on this complaint,as it is regular nature of this service provider.

I do hav a copy of ticket with scratched seat nos. and I can produce the same if required
