I AM ADISH HARIDAS, WORKING AT INDIRA GANDHI CENTRE FOR ATOMIC RESEARCH, KALPAKKAM. I complained innumerable times over phone to their so called customer care. They are really torturing the customer by not at all giving any service. I have given a complaint on 29th September. My smart card number is 200629086876. I am really fed up with their service. Their representatives told the problem will be solved within 48 hours. Now it is one month, since I have watched any of the channels, more over I have recharged my smart card for one year last month. I talked with so many of their representatives as well as supervisors. Mr. Shiva Kumar, Mr. Madan, Mr. Deepak, Ms.Linda, Ms. Deepam are some of the names. So I think there is no point in waiting for their service. I am going to file a case in the consumer court and the session courts in Chennai on Monday.
