Complaint Details
On 15th sep 12, Rs 42/- were deducted for some tunes. Immediately on seeing the SMS about it, tune was got cancelled and got complaint registered for refund. Again on 19th sep12, similar thing happened and again similar action was taken. On both occasions it was assured by customer care that tunes have been stopped and that refund will be made after 30 days. When no refund was recieved , matter was again taken with customer care on 25/26 oct.12 when it was told that refund can not be made . This mischief was noticed and reported to customer care previously also.simlar complaint was only once occurred with tata docomo mobile and the refund was recieved within 48hrs. It is requested that 1) this refund be ensure2) bsnl should be ordered not to resort to such unfair trade practices.
