Dear sir/madam...
It was with GREAT EXPECTATION I had purchased a vaccum cleaner some 18 months back BLINDLY trusting the brand value of eureka forbes but let me regretfully mention that far from being GREAT the product has downright DISAPPOINTED me and am thinking what made me choose that darn equipment in the first place.

I had purchased the God forsaken item from you on the said date and ever since instead of making cleaning easier it has become more burdensome than before. Despite repeated services and repairs the product is way off the satisfactory mark. Certainly not expected from a veteran in the cleaning industry, like yourself.The local dealership has failed to address the issue to my satisfaction.

Could you be kind enough to tackle it from a higher level so that i can vouch for the quality provided by your esteemed organisation..
