I had lodged a complaint thru phone on 22 August 2012 conveying that my vacuum cleaner is not working. I received a service nos 87518719. A man from Awadh enterprises visited my place on 24 August 2012 and conveyed that the motor has to be replaced. He conveyed that within 1 week it will be replaced.

Again on 9 September 2012 I called again and the man from Awadh came with some motor which does not fit in the machine. I again called up Awadh enterprise and I was conveyed that the motor for my model has not come from Eureka forbes. They asked me to again call Eureka forbes and gave me 022 30268210 number which is not responding. I again called the service number who gave me again a service nos 87634489 and conveyed that it will be taken on high priority.
Against my complaint nos 87518719 lodged on 28 August 2012 the faulty vacuum cleaner which under the 1 year warranty has still today not been repaired by the Eureka forbes. It was during the warranty time I was again asked to contact first Manoj mishra. When I received no response I was asked to contact Lal Saheb (Mob 7498243451) who asked me to contact Prasad (Mob 7498243365) who asked to contact Rohit.Mob 7498243453)Initially he conveyed that he will get it repaired within one week. But it is already 3 weeks since speaking to him. He is not even lifting the phone. It is then I decided to move the consumer forum.
