Dear Sir

I had purchased Wired Mouse Combo (1 wired mouse + 2 formal shits) for Rs.499/- from mGinger.com on 20th Sep'2012 through online purchase. The product was delivered on 30/09/2012 without the main product Wired Mouse. The package was delivered to my sister-on-law. It was not properly packed instead just taped one layer. I noticed that 2 shirts are already opened and kept inside without proper folding and the quality of the shirts are very very poor. They don't even cost 150/- in local market.
I sent a mail explaining all the things to orders@mginger.com on 02/10/2012 and got a reply from prashanth@mginger.com. I had replied to their query 2-3 times but till date no resolution from their side. Even I tried to contact them over phone but none of the phones(080-41650489 / 080-65462450) are working.

In this regard I request you to kindly follow up with them and resolve me issue.
