DEAR SHRI PANKAJ JI BAJAJ,
I PRESENT MY COMPLIMENTS & WISH TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT I WAS INVITED TO Grievance REDRESSAL Forum ON 5TH OCTOBER 2012 AGAINST MY APPLICATION WHICH I HAD SUBMITTED IN JUNE 6TH- 2011 FOR SEEKING JUSTICE AGAINST HARASSMENT & EXPLOITATION BY CREDAI MEMBER OMAXE LTD., NEW DELHI.
I HAD PURCHASED /BOOKED A FLAT WITH OMAXE LTD., IN THEIR EMPIRE TOWER NORTH AVENUE, BAHADURGARH SCHEME WAY BACK IN APRIL 2006 & PAID 75% PAYMENT IN SEPTEMBER 2008. HOWEVER INSTEAD OF DELIVERING OUR FLAT & COMPENSATING FOR EXTRA ORDINARY DELAY OMAXE LTD ARE CHARGING EXTRA ORDINARY INTEREST TO US.
CREDAI HAS BEEN FORMED TO LOOK INTO BALANCED INTEREST FOR BOTH BUILDERS & SMALL BUYERS LIKE US WHO HAVE DREAM FOR OWNING OF A HOUSE IN NCR.
WITH THIS HOPE WE APPROACHED CREDAI SEEKING REDRESSAL TO OUR EXPLOITATION BY OMAXE. AFTER LOT OF PERSUASION & TELE CALLS TO SHRI SUSHANT GUPTA & SHRI GAUTAM OF CREDAI OFFICE & MEETINGS OUR APPLICATION WAS LISTED FOR HEARING ON 5TH OCTOBER WITH BENCH OFJUSTICE R.C. CHOPRA, RETD HIGH COURT JUDGE, SHRI ROHIT MODI, MOHIT AGARWAL & MADAM JAISHREE.
WITH DUE CONFIRMATION FROM SHRI SUSHANT GUPTA & SHRI GAUTAM OF CREDAI OFFICE I REACHED GREATER KAILASH VENUE. HOWEVER EVEN BEFORE I JUST ENTERD THE ROOM I WAS INFORMED THAT I CAN GO AS THE BUILDERS HAVE NOT COME . IT WAS A CRUEL JOKE TO SENIOR CITIZEN WHO IS APPROACHING A PUBLICIZED FORUM OF BUILDERS FOR JUSTICE AGAINST A MEMBER WHO MUST HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO Code of Conduct to bolster ‘Mission Transparency'.
SIR HERE I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY ANGUISH THAT IS IT FAIR THAT WITHOUT MAKING ME EVEN SIT & LISTING TO MY GRIEVANCE I WAS SHOWN THE GATE BY JUSTICE R.C. CHOPRA.THIS WAS VERY HARSH & NOT EXPECTED FROM A SENIOR JUDGE OF STATURE. IS THIS THE PURPOSE OF THIS FORUM & CREDAI. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING SUCH BUILDER AS MEMBER.
HERE I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT EVEN BEFORE THE DATE WAS FIXED FOR REDRESSAL AT CREDAI. OMAXE LTD MADE EFFORTS TO DEPRIVE US TO SEEK REDRESSAL.THEY WRONGFULLY REMOVED OUR COMPLAINT REGISTERED WITH CREDAI BY INFORMING THEM THAT COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED WHERE AS TILL DATE OUR VARIOUS VISITS & REGISTERED LETTERS & IN-NUMEROUS MAILS HAVE NOT BEEN RESPONDED & NO EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO EVEN LOOK INTO OUR PROBLEM. INSTEAD THREATENS & FILTHY COMMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED AGAINST OUR COMPLAINT.
I AGAIN SEEK YOUR ASSISTANCE & GUIDANCE SO THAT SANCTITY OF FORUM & CREDIBILITY OF MEMBERS AS WELL US INTEREST OF BUILDERS & BUYERS REMAIN INTACT. IN CASE OMAXE STILL DOES NOT SETTLE OUR GENUINE ISSUE THEY SHOULD ALSO BE BARRED/ SUSPENDED FROM MEMBERSHIP OF CREDAI. YOU MUST APPRECIATE THAT LOT OF SMALL TOWN BUYERS LIKE US ARE FOOLED BY MISNOMER THAT CREDAI MEMBERSHIP IS TO PROMOTE FAIR PRACTICES & SAFE GUARD MUTUAL INTEREST AS PER ITS BYE-LAWS.
