Complaint Details
Having read several articles in the newspapers as well as on the Internet, I am confused whether -I, as a flat buyer have to pay the Vat as per the builders demand. If I don't make the payment on an ad-hoc basis, as per the demand, what consequences will I have to face? Especially since there is so much ambiguity in this matter. Would appreciate your help urgently.
