Dear Consumer Forum Court,
On 27 October 20122 - I have purchased a Karbonn mobile (K550i) from Pimpri, Pune MH.
Shop Name:
STAR Mobile, Shop No-41, Shagun Chowk, Pimpri, Pune-411017
On 25 October 2012 – I have given the mobile to authorized service centre
Service centre Name:
RELIABLE ENTERPRISES
Shop no.27, A-wing, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi, Pune -35, Maharashtra.

I have mentioned the following 3 complaints:
1- Auto Format issue
2- End key in not working…
3- Headphone Plug-in and Plug-out issue.
Today at 30 October I have received my mobile from service centre but they said that this is out of warranty and they will not solve my 3rd problem.
I have requested them to provide me the bill receipt but they denied and asked me to go anywhere.
This is not right and I need my cell issues to be resolve by Karbonn.
