Complaint Details
I had taken sterling member fees and paid 10% advance (Rs 24855)on basis of false promises made by sterling agent Mr. Bhawanand Mishra.
Then, I visited their office in Andheri(E) to immediately cancel this membership with immediate effect. Then you had advised me to rethink on it and assured to cancel the membership at later date basis my reasons for cancellation.

Reasons for cancellation given by me: I had enrolled this member ship only for travel outside India. Then I was not told by your sales manager regarding exchange fees charged by RCI for such holidays exchanges.
Such non disclosures by sales guy is not good for reputed company like sterling. I feel that false commitment was made in this regard .
