I have recently purchased 6 Speed Oster Brand, Mixer Grinder model no. MCPRO6-WSO from Inorbit Mall, Vashi (Mumbai) for purchase consideration of INR 5,500.0

I regret to inform you that, within 5 days of purchase (purchase date - 20th Oct 2012), the product has stopped working. Towards same, customer complaint was lodged at Toll free no. 1800-102-6300 on 26th Oct 2012, under complaint no. 2622. However, despite of repeated follow up, no-body has come to visit and replace the faulty product.

At time of purchase, we were promised that in event of any failure/breakdown, the same would be ratified within 24 hours. However, it has been more than 6 days post my registering of complaint, but no action has been taken.

Hence request support of forum for refund of 10 times the purchase consideration i.e INR 55,000 towards mental agony and false claims.

I have the requisite bills and warranty card with me.
