Complaint Details
The original sale - purchase was between the builder and one Mr. Shukla on 03/04/2008. I purchased the appartment from this person in September 2010 and paid more than the market value at that time. Now, the builder is asking for VAT @ 1% from me. However, as per me, I am not liable to pay VAT, since I took the appartment thruogh 2nd sale. Please guide me as to what my liabilities are and what is the correct course of action for me.
