Dear Sir / Madam
I have taken an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT from ION EXCHANGE. My customer ID is 104668. I lodged a complaint on 24 oct 2012 and till today no one has come to attend it. I have been calling daily from 28 oct 2012 to till date.Only promises are made but no one comes to repair it. My complaint no. is 434121296
