Hi,
I had lodged this complaint in 2011. Complaint number is 0000076/2011. The said complaint was attended to after a very long time. But I find it surprising when I found the complaint showing status as resolved. I didnt get any intimation from anyone including the franchisee / company, but the complaint shows as resolved. I had sought some damage but nothing has been commented in this regard. Request for explanation and seek your support in claiming damage. I had shifted from my earlier address to my new address mentioned in this complaint.
Even while shifting this time, I faced the same issue of the request for shifting not being attended to in time.
