booked an wave music system III on oct 15,credit card money siphoned off and delivery was not done due to delay in getting the required documents.I had to travel 50 kms more to collect the product inspite of paying shipment for home deivery.When i opened the box it was a defective product with no display and poor sound quality.when i contacted they cut the phone connection and no replacement has been done with no one resposible to speak.I have lost my money and the mental agony i have gone through is irreparable.
