Hello Sir,
I'm Vijay Kumar.
During August i purchased one product from EBAY GLOBAL EASY BUY website from the seller I2cWORLD.
After Few weeks he sent the item and it was completely damaged ,so i took pictures and i mail them.
Again they sent a damaged item on September month and I'm totally dissatisfied with their service.

Attached photos of two items i received as well as email communication.

This company extended my time So regarding that ,I'm unable to do the REFUND REQUEST from EBAY because the timelines for EBAY is only 45 days.

The seller I2CWORLD (ICC WORLD WIDE EXPRESS) told me to refund the entire AMOUNT from so many months to till now but those peoples not sent any single reply for my mail or not telling proper information if i called their land line numbers.
They are cheating me by not paying the money back and extending the time.

I kindly request you to please look in to my problem and help me to get the refund amount for that product as they accepted its their own fault in email communication,but they have not taken further steps to refund my payment.

So please do the needful Sir/Madam.

Here i have attached Email Proof and Photo copy of the product.

Note: They have accepted problem is with their own end and so many times i called those peoples but they are giving false information and cheating.

Please help me get my entire money back from the ICC WORLD WIDE EXPRESS.

I have provided all the details in the attached email document. please do call me or email me if anymore proof is required from my end.
