Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
We have ordered UBISLATE 7+ tablet online from datawind website, and on their commitment to deliver the device with in 30 days we had made the payment in Feb 2012, but till now we have not received the device, and after 8 months of follow-up and request when we asked for refund they have given us a counter offer of guarantee delivery within 2 weeks of the upgraded UBISLATE 7Ri on 4th Oct 2012, which we accepted.
But after one month they are saying that there is no stock and they can not deliver the device.

Request you to please take the matter in your hands and save millions of common persons from this fraud company.
For your reference few the communications are attached. Total 37 emails were sent from our side.
