Complaint Details
•Earlier • I made a call to Health Imagine, the person on telephone (miss)guided me to talk to Mr. Suhail (the man from other Franchisee Midha Enterprises). I talk to Mr. Suhail & Mr. Nazim both from Midha Enterprises, they denied for service.
Again, Filter stopped functioning (filtering of water) on 08.10.2012, I called directly to the technician Mr. Akbar (as I have been advised by the Chandigarh fellow, Mr. Mahajan) for the same.
• He visited on 11th of Oct. 2012 and told that UV and PCBs are not functioning. He also told that he will talk/visit to Jamuu CRC and get the things replaced within a short time.
• Logged online complain on 13th Oct. 2012 as the problem was not rectified (Web Service Request Ticket No.: 59aa22b3ec3f)
• Used Esclators also for the speedy rectification of the complaint, one after another exhausting the minimum time duration of each escalator, but all is in vein. • On 19.10.2012, at 12:30 PM call from 0191-2437251 to take the machine to Chandigarh/Dehradoon/the place from where it has been purchased for repairing (I don’t know why this type of silly response when there are CRCs & Franchisees
everywhere in India and at my hometown we were using the Eureka forbes water purifier since a long without any inconvenience?)
