1. I ordered one child connection on line and paid by credit card on 30/10/2012.

2. My payment was acknowledged and m/s skytech services Naraina new delhi was advised to install the DTH.
3. A mechanic named Vinod Pal comes from m/s skytech arrives with dish/stb/cable etc. and installed the system and gave me VC no.0151333744 and the set starts working with FREE Channels.
4. Vinod Pal takes installation charges of Rs.225/- but does not give receipt saying he will get the connection activated next morning. Instead the VC was de activated after two days.
5. But there is no further progress and when I call Vinod Pal he does not attend calls.
6. When I speak to your customer care,they tell me they have noted the complaint no.103330178 and promise it will be resolved soon but nothing happens.
7. I tried speaking to you but no one attended the phone calls.
8. At this stage I am at a loss to understand what is the matter. In case VINOD PAL has not submitted some documents,you can black-list him. Depute someone else to verify the installation. By not activating the connection you are loosing revenue and getting dis-satisfied customer.
9.I have no reason to believe that all this is being done deliberately as I have no enmity with any one associated. But as a customer I am very unhappy.
