I bought an aquaguard water purifier this January,2012. During our purchase the eureka forbes sales person said that we have life time free service for this product and uninstallation and reinstallation would be done at free of cost incase of shifting our house.
The RO purifier is an absolute waste product. Once in every 3 months we are facing problem with this. And when ever we call the euro helpline they promise to provide service in 24 hours. But not even once they have provided service without minimum 3 follow up calls.Last month when we shifted our house they charged 1000 rs for uninstallatiuon and reinstallation, which was done 4 days after the date of service request.This time the aquaguard is not working and I am calling the helpline for past 8 days and the customer care person gives false promise that the service will be taken care in 24 hours and its already in progress state.I am really frustrated calling these people everyday. I would have called them more than 10 times in past 3 days even then no response. We dont even have an option to escalate to any other level.

I dont want to use this product anymore as I am not ready to have such a worst service in the future. It gives unnessary tension to me and my family. We purchased this purifier for the wellness of our baby but we are facing a tough time getting proper water.

I am checking on the procedures to return this worst purifier and getting refund.
