Complaint Details
have purchased WESPRO 7" NETBOOK/MINI LAPTOP NS721A WITH 3G (FREE-OPTICAL MOUSE) on 10th- April-2012. After one month is stopped working. At that time i contacted several times to
Wespro but did not get proper feedback. First of all i was calling more than seven eight times but nobody was responding. Finally got response from Mahesh swami that software has to be updated. For
that you will have to purchase a connector. After purchasing the same, undertood that problem in not with software but something else. They had given me address of Goregaon. I went there and stood
for more than 4 Hrs. Then they did something and given me a laptop back.
Now after that i used it hardly for a month or so...it started showing the same problem. I understood from Mahesh that They have opened a new service center with the name of Kaizer telecom and the
device has to be submitted to vashi centre (kaizer). I had given the laptop on 10th -Oct, on which they and committed that they will provide the same within 3 - 4 working day.
Since last one month i chasing with them for the device but neither they are receiving call on time nor wespro people are receiving. There are around 5 helplines provided by wespro but no one is
responding. I want to complaint the same to Mr. tarun waswani and they should think about the same.
