My online complaint no. 2b7b8aa4bf06 & Customer care complaint no. 68518687 was unattended and i was left purchasing mineral water can from outside inspite of AMC in place for water purifier i had purchased with Eureka forbes, The local ASM behaviour is rude and asked me to speak to company, I had to pay for the filter replacement inspite of having AMC in place, finally they had replaced the filter and now machine is working. I need to know why my complaing unattended inspite of several escalations and why i had to pay for filter where in AMC it is mentioned as FOC for one time and justification of ASM behaviour.
