Complaint Details
We were employees of this company. We got an offer to join in 2009. Once we joined were force to sign a bond for 3 lakh rupees or 2.5 years. The salary was only 10000 Rs per month. We are all software engineers from reputed colleges.

We were lured by the promise to be given work on ABAP - SAP. Then the endless training program started.We hardly got any training on ABAP and no projects, instead we were forced to learn Japanese on the excuse of having Japanese clients.

Then we learnt the real intention of the company's owners. They wanted to start an e learning website. None of us wanted to work on outdated techonolgies such as PHP.

When we informed the owners,that we could not continue to work , they did not want us to go and asked for all the salary we had earned from the company back. We were all carrying our education loans and were staying at hostels to work at the company. Our expenses were close to 6000Rs. How could we return the money.We did not receive the Experience letters because of the same. Please help us in getting justice.
