Complaint Details
I made a complaint for the slow filtration of Eureka Reviva water filter on 30-11-12 vid ecomplaint number 68831550
,the technician attended only on 07-11-12 despite my repeated calls to custmer care.The next day on 08-11-12 again filters stopped working.I made complaint on the same day vide complaint number 87854888 .But no response.
I made 7 times request on 09-11-12.they said by 8.30 pm my problem will be solved. but no one attended.
