Hi Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Samsung LED 8o cm UA32Es6200 3D TV for the cost of 44,753.
1. The guy named Suresh working there told me the price is 47,900 and then he will reduce it to 45,900 but after coming from the shop and checking it in the company's website i found that the original price of the product itself is 45900
2.I requested for the product that day even but the guy told me that it will delivered at my place but i was made to wait for 2 days for the product's delivery
3.When i enquired it through thier toll free number a guy named Anil kumar was speaking so rude to me instead of responding to my queries
4. I got a very worse customer experience at Croma which i will never forget in my life time
