Complaint Details
I was informed that if I spend 6000 through card I don't have to pay card fees. I received SBI credit card bill (3rd Nov) BEFORE the card was delivered (4th Nov). Last date of payment 5th Nov. Customer service dont pick up call. SMS said, I will receive call in 2 days. I contacted them on 8th Nov. I have not got reply after 4 days.
