I Purchased a Zync Z1000 Tablet thru Homeshop18 on Oct 30 2012. The Product is defective and has various problems. I Contacted Zync customer service thru email, they told me to do some changes, reset etc.. still there was a problem. Then finally they told that i need to reinstall the andrioid in it. They told that they will send me a link to download it. It came to me after a week after so many reminder emails and calls. After i received the link i downloaded the software (around 300 MB) and tried to install it. But i was not able to install it. SO again called them, they told me some alternatives. Nothing worked.
Then finally they told me that they will send another link next week for installation. I was frustrated and asked them to replace the tablet, as i dont want to wait anymore, it was almost after 2 weeks of communication with them. Then They told that they will arrange for a reverse pickup. They told this on 16th Nov 2012. Still waiting for the courier to pick it up.

I planned to Gift this to my wife on her birthday on Nov 19. But still i was not able to give it to her. Im very frustrated with the way they behave.

Kindly do something to get a refund. I totally lost faith in the company. I dont want to use their product anymore.
