I had booked a flat in Casa Bella Gold Sophistica C wing on 7th Nov 2010. It has been over 2 years but the work hasn't commenced yet. Possesion was earlier mentioned as Feb 2013. I have called the customer care over 30 times over the past 2 years, every time they say work would start in 4-6 months and then later given various over reasons rains etc. that work couldn't commence. Now also I have been told that in 2 months you will get requirement for plinth but not sure if excavation has actually started or not. It been 2 years that a double digit lakh figure I have paid off. they got registration and stamp duty all done much earlier and also have a clause in the agreement that I can't sell off till I get the possession so my hard earned money is completely blocked with no one to help me or punish the builder.
