Complaint Details
Not providing parking space for additional 2 wheeler
The builder has introduced a new rule stating that in a single parking slot you can park 1(4W) + 1(2W).

In the sale agreement no where the the above rule is stated.

Now the builder is asking the residents to buy an extra parking slot by paying Rs.30000/- to accommodate the second 2Wheeler, till then the residents have to park the extra 2 Wheeler outside the apartment premises.
