Sir,

I had ordered a product from indiatimes shipping website and the details and order id are given below. It has been over a month and my product is showing as shipped but they have not shipped it till now. The customer service mentioned that due to Diwali there was a delay and they keep saying that they will contact me after 48 hours. But to no avail, their customer service is the worst in handling problems. Sir, I request you to take immediate action on this complaint as its been over a month and is a clear case of negligence and mental harassment to the customer who is waiting for the product urgently.
