The site says the product has been delivered but the receipient, my sister Shilpi has not received any courier, moreover I have lodged complaint regarding this a dozen times but they don't resolve it.
3 times I have called them, they just say that they have escalated my query.
I want my refund and compensation for the mental haraasement they have made me gone through.
