Complaint Details
Bought a Eureka Forbes Water purifier Enhance UV., within a week time, the purifier shows leakage problem. Contacted customer care for last 3 weeks but till now not resolved. Each time, they say it shall resolve in the same day but I suppose till date the same day is yet to be arrived by eureka forbes. Also escalated this request in web as well as customer care. Complain id: 4bed053cddf3. Mob: 9920432326 . Wanted refund of Rs 12,215. Also the company should be penalised.
