Complaint Details
I am a customer of dish tv true HD having VC no.01514555551. my dish tv connection is not working since 15/11/2012.
I called in customer care and informed them on 16/11/2012 regarding which I was being given complaint number 104738005 and a technician from their side visited and told that he will replace set top box till 17/11/2012.
till the date i have called in customer care 7 times and another complaint number of dish tv i.e. 012025550000.
every time they assure me that your complaint is already registered and we will solve this within 24 hours,but uptill now no action is being taken from their side and my connection is still not working from since last 12 days.
every time i use to call them every alternate day and same assurrence they provide me. i am mentally too much harrased by services of dish tv customer care peoples.
i have mailed them also regarding this and talked with their senior persons also 2 times but all in vein.
please help me to sort out this problem as i m fed up now with their negligence and poor customer services
