Gave an order of a photo Frame online on 28 Oct, 2012 through India Times shoppe which is online shopping. Damaged Item delivered on 3 Nov, 2012. On same date I had registered a complain to India Times shoppe (Complain No. case ID-487887. They assume me that by 27 of November, 2012 they will resolve the case. But despite my repeated mail they not revert back to me.
