Hi,
This is to inform you that I am very very upset with my recent interactions with Eureka Forbes. I have a Aquaguard Nova now and have had Eureka Forbes for the past 15 years, but what I am going through now is absolutely unacceptable. I have been calling the Euro Helpline since the end of September for a regular service but no one has bothered to show up in the past 2 months. Initially in October a technician called and informed that the filters were not available and hence he would come for service once it was available but that hasnt happened since.
I have called the Euro Helpline at least 30-40 times for my service but to no avail. Eventually they provided me with the number of Pawan Enterprises and asked me to call them. Upon calling them they promised me service but no one turned up. Every time I called up the Euro Helpline I was given false hope and false promises were made. Now the matter has gone to such an extent that the agents hang up the phone when I ask for immediate resolution. I am on a Maintenance contract with you guys, so this means that you are not doing me a favor for the service rather I have paid a hefty sum of money for you to take care of my Aquaguard. It is as if I have to plead, coax and convince you for a service. This is not how it should work. Two services are mandate each year as a per the contract but no service has been done in 2012.
This is just a test of my patience. I received a call from Pawan enterprises today saying that the filters for my Aquaguard is not available and hence they will service it once they have the part. This is unacceptable. The Aquaguard is an essential item for my household as it provides drinking water to my entire family. If you cannot resolve this issue then please refund me the money for the purifier and the maintenance contract.
Please look into the matter as I want this to be resolved or else I would have to escalate this matter to legal authorities. Below are the list of request numbers that i currently have on my phone other than the ones I have deleted.
