Hi Team,

1.) 8055744417

I am Esakki Selvam owning reliance GSM Prepaid number as above, as per the screen shot, my number 8055744417 is active, and via reliance portal

i made a recharge for 60 Rs on 20-11-2012, since my connection details shows that 8055744417 is active & customer name is Esakki Selvam.

Here with i have attached the screen shot as well as the attachment as proof i got for 60/- recharge and that too say customer name is Esakki Selvam.

on 27-11-2012, i went to Reliance Web world to cross verify why my recharge is not successful, then i came to know - my number 8055744417 is shared

with some other customer in Maharashtra circle without my notice - activated on Jul 2012 with dob of customer is 01-09-1973,

Since my number 8055744417 is shared to some other customer, the recharge was not successful because i made the recharge for my number 8055744417 as the

records shown in myservices.relianceada.com portal. i have shared the receipt which shows costumer name is Esakki Selvam.

Since myservices.relianceada.com portal. showed my number 8055744417 active &customer name is Esakki Selvam

for that reason only i recharged for 60Rs otherwise there is no need to recharge for some other customer, this issue is

due to the Reliance and myservices.relianceada.com portal only, so please refund the 60Rs/- back to my bank account

without fail to avoid legal steps via the disciplinary action against Reliance and myservices.relianceada.com portal.
