i had an internet scheme in 2009 that was 1000 rs a month unlimited between 8 to 8 ,however tata changed the scheme one month without informing me in any way and the month after i recieved a billof an escalated amount that was 10400. since they had cancelled the old plan and put my account in a new plan where it was chargeble between 8 to 8 and not unlimited. this dispute is going on since 4 years , i have tried several times to get a response from tata but no response. instead i am now recieving threat calls from their company persons and lawyers . its is very stressful and they are sending me phone calls regarding arrest warrants etc.
