Complaint Details
I am a subscriber of Idea cellular, and had requested for Migration from Postpaid to prepaid on 6th Nov 2012. As per process i had submitted necessary docs with the form. I was assured my sim will be activated within 3 working days. But till date my no. is mot activated. I have tried calling customer care and visited the Idea store but all in vain. Nobody is ready to help me. Everytime i was given silly reasons. I have resubmitted the docs on 17th Nov, 12 but still not activated. No body is aware where have my form & docs gone. Request you to help in my sim activation.(Mail attached)
